F.A.Q

1. Why Priority Flyers is so cheap?

Priority Flyers – owned by Innovative Travel Technologies LLC – are a group of travel experts with more than 10 years of professional experience. We work with 3 major Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and more than 800 airlines from all over the world. Therefore, we have access to discounted fares, that do not sell directly to the general public.

2. Can I book the tickets online?

No. Priority Flyers specializes in providing phone-only deals, available nowhere else. All of our discounted fares are unpublished and can only be booked exclusively by calling one of our travel experts.

3. What is an e-ticket?

An e-ticket is the electronic version of the conventional paper ticket. When issued it becomes an electronic record kept in the airline's reservations system.

4. Can I transfer my ticket?

All tickets are non-transferable and with no name changes permitted.

5. When I will receive my ticket?

After Priority Flyers has ensured your ticket has been issued you will receive e-ticket confirmation on e-mail.

Meals: Priority Flyers can always request special meals for you, namely vegetarian, lactose-free, low cholesterol, kosher, Moslem, Hindu, for a baby or child, diabetic, etc.
Baggage: Baggage allowance depends on the airline and the destination. Rely on us while double-checking with the airline for up-to-date information and exceptions for destinations.
Seat assignment: You can ask our travel expert to assign aisle or window seats in order to fully enjoy your trip!
Other assistance: If you need special assistance, like, e.g. wheelchairs, we will do our best to find a way to make you travel more comfortable. Just let us know your needs.

3. Do you have discounts for infants, children, seniors, military, or youth?

Sure! Please check them out:
Usually, our discounted fares for seniors, military, or youth are already less expensive than most regularly published fares. So it’s worth it to ask your agent.
As for infants and children discounts, most airlines provide discounts for infants up to 24 months old, and children from 2-11 years of age. The fare for infants is usually 10% of the adult fare, while the usual fare for children is 75% of the adult fare, plus taxes and fees. Please check with your Priority Flyers agent for discount information.

4. How I can pay for my booking?

We accept all major debit and credit cards issued in the United States: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover Card. Please note that your credit and/or debit card may have a daily spending limit. We strongly recommend you to ensure with your bank that you have sufficient funds on your credit and/or debit card prior to book a ticket with us.

At the same time, if you want to use a credit card issued in another country or use multiple credit cards to purchase your ticket(s), please contact your Priority Flyers expert for assistance.
Those customers who wish to purchase tickets for relatives or friends will be contacted by our billing support representative to initiate a call to authorize the purchase directly with the issuing bank.

Kindly note: We do not accept Virtual Credit Cards (also known as Prepaid Cards, Online Cards or any single purchase cards).
For all payment options, contact your Priority Flyers travel assistant!

5. Is it secure?

Under the Priority Flyers Privacy Policy and other International Regulations, we are obliged to non-disclose any sensitive and/or financial personal information perceived from our customers. As for unforeseen circumstances that may happen during the flight we are here for you with our 24/7 travel guidance and support.

1. Do I need a Passport or Visa?

You will definitely need a passport to travel internationally. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date.

Visa requirements may vary depending on the country. Please contact the embassy or consulate of the country you are going to visit or transit through to get up-to-date requirements.

2. Can I get a last-minute ticket?

Yes, we specialize in discounted last-minute deals, so we’re likely to find you a seat, even hours before a flight!

3. Can I cancel my ticket?

Under the pressure of unforeseen personal circumstances that may happen, you are able to cancel your flight at least 24 hours in advance. If you fail to cancel your ticket within a specified time, the airline will treat the ticket as a "No Show" and the ticket automatically loses its value (i.e. cannot be exchanged or refunded).

4. Can I exchange my ticket?

As a rule, all the discounted airfares are non-exchangeable by default. Depending on the very reason for the exchange request, our travel experts will consult and guide you with the further steps.

5. What if my name/flight/fare is incorrect on the ticket?

Once a ticket is issued, Priority Flyers have 24 hours (applicable only for tickets issued with a US consolidator) to void the ticket transaction without any airline penalties. Once this period is over, the fare restrictions determine whether we are able to make any corrections, as well as whether or not there will be any fees applicable for the changes. That’s why we kindly ask that you double-check the names you provide.

1. What if I miss my flight?

Kindly note, in most cases, a missed flight is considered by the airline as a “No Show” and its value is forfeited immediately. In this case, Priority Flyers are able to reinstate the reservation, if the airline allows that, and only upon the payment of all applicable fees.

2. Can I get a refund?

By default, most discounted tickets are non-refundable. However, the restrictions vary, depending on the airline. Inquire with your travel expert about the applicable fees for any modifications, at the moment of the purchase.

3. What should I do in case of an involuntary schedule change?

Should an involuntary schedule change occur, please contact Priority Flyers at +1-415-854-2675 with your contact and reservation information. We will do an extra mile in order to fix any issue linked with your trip!
